Dear Devotees
We look forward to welcoming everyone who RSVPd to a grand celebration of the celestial wedding, this Saturday at 9:00 AM. Please read this page carefully for event logistics and parking information.
Note about kids
We are expecting a number of kids. You are responsible for the safety and comfort of your children. Due to the space configuration, we request you to avoid kids running around and to keep the noise levels minimum.
What do I need to bring to event?
Please bring your confirmation email from your RSVP. We are oversubscribed. We will only let devotees who have RSVPd to the event.
You can also bring some fruits and flowers.
What is the address of the venue?
The event is at the New ISKCON Temple in Bellevue. The address is 12501 Bel-Red Rd, Bellevue, WA 98005.

Is there parking at the venue?
Yes, the facility has substantial parking at the facility.
Please respect the areas marked as restricted with orange cones. These are reserved for volunteers, staff and emergency personnel. Also, please respect the parking volunteers if they direct you to specific parking spots and/or direct you to overflow parking.
What if the parking lot is full?
Overflow parking is at 13427 NE Spring Blvd, Bellevue, WA 98005

We have a shuttle running from the overflow parking. Parking attendant(s) will be in the parking lot to guide you.
Can I drop my family at the venue and go to the overflow parking lot?
Yes, we encourage you to do so. This will enable us to bring move people to the venue quickly.
What time should I be at the event?
We expect to start the ceremonies around 9:00 AM. Pallakki seva is expected to start around 9:30 AM. We anticipate Maha mangala aarathi around 12:30.
Who can lift the Pallakki?
Grand sponsors ($501/-) have priority to lift the Pallakki. We have enough Grand Sponsors for Pallakki seva. We request you to respect this and not crowd around the Pallakki.
Is there a specific dress code for lifting the Pallakki?
Yes, we request you to be dressed in traditional Indian clothes. Preferably a madi (silk) panche (dhoti).
Is it free seating at the event?
Yes, it is free seating. We have made arrangements for both chairs as well as on the floor seating. We request you to prioritize chairs for the elderly. Also, we request that you do not congregate near the exits, the main event stage or the kitchen areas.
I am a volunteer, what time should I arrive?
Thank you for volunteering. We are asking all volunteers to arrive by 8:00 AM and collect your badges from the front desk.
I sponsored a seva. When can I do sankalpa?
We are making arrangements for all seva karthas to perform individual sankalpa. Please follow directions of front desk staff. You are encouraged to perform sankalpa as soon as you arrive. Thanks to your generosity, we have many seva sponsors. Volunteers will make every reasonable attempt to make this as seamless as possible. We appreciate your patience if you have to wait in line.
How and where do I collect my prasada?
Volunteers will give you a token when you check in at the front desk. After the puja, during teertha, please hand over the token to a volunteer at the teertha station and collect your prasada.
I did not sponsor a seva when I RSVPd. Can I sponsor a seva now?
Yes, just ask the front desk volunteers when you check in.
Can I bring cooked food to offer the lord and distribute to the devotees?
No. Food safety regulations do not allow us to serve/distribute food that is not cooked by designated SVKV cooks.
I did not register as a volunteer when I RSVPd. Can I still volunteer?
We are adequately staffed thanks to the community. We may request some help managing devotees during Teertha distribution. We will announce if needed. If you are interested in volunteering for future events, please leave your name and contact at the front desk.
I did not RSVP. Can I still come to the event?
At this time we are oversubscribed. We encourage you to monitor our Facebook group at https://www.facebook.com/svkseattle/ for future events.
In the event you decide to walk in, please be advised you will be refused entry.
